These cover your use of the BookMyCliniq booking app. Your treatment itself is between you and your clinic.
BookMyCliniq is booking and record-keeping software that clinics use to run their practice. We are not a healthcare provider. We do not give medical advice, we do not employ the doctors you see, and we are not part of your treatment.
Your care, your treatment and your bill are between you and your clinic.
Appointment confirmations, reminders and clinic updates are part of the service and are sent by WhatsApp, SMS or email.
Promotional messages are separate and only sent if you agreed. You can stop them at any time from your account, or by replying STOP to a WhatsApp message. Stopping them does not affect your appointment messages or your care.
Some features use AI — for example suggesting what kind of appointment might suit the symptoms you describe. These are suggestions from software, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for seeing a clinician. Where AI is used, we label it on screen.
If you think you are seriously unwell, contact your clinic or emergency services. Do not wait for an app.
We work to keep BookMyCliniq available and accurate, but software can fail. If the app is down, contact your clinic directly — they can always see and manage your appointment without it.
We are not responsible for the treatment you receive, for a clinic’s decisions, or for what a clinic does with the records it holds about you.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
If we change these Terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app.
